How It Works

Personal training is both enjoyable and extremely rewarding! The following steps outline the approach we will take with you.
Step 1 – FREE Consultation
We will get together to discuss your goals and carry out a short health and lifestyle assessment. We can then talk about a suitable trainer and place to train.

Step 2 – Fitness Testing & Nutrition Advice
We begin by carrying out a range of fitness tests. These include measurements of
- body fat percentage
- height and weight
- bmi
- waist to hip ratio
- cholesteral
- blood pressure
- resting heart rate
- anatomical measurements
We will also ask you to complete a food diary.
Step 3 – Personal Training
Your personal training sessions will begin. These will be tailored towards your personal goals but will be modified as you progress and your targets evolve.
Step 4 – Support
We are always on the end of the telephone should you require any information or support.
